Privacy Policy
Last updated 27 October 2026
This policy explains how Consortia Personnel Ltd (trading as Sofee) handles your personal information when you use this site, create an account, do the AI voice interview or buy from AI Business Knowledge Pack (formerly AI Agent Workshops).
Who we are
Consortia Personnel Ltd, trading as Sofee, is the data controller for the personal information you give us through this site. We are registered in England and Wales (company number [company number]), with our registered office at [registered office address]. For anything about your data, email hello@aibkp.com.
The information we collect
Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:
- When you create an account: your first and last name, email address, phone number, company name and company website.
- Public information about your company: we read the publicly available pages of your company website, and look up company names on the Companies House register as you type, so we can research your business, pick up your brand (such as colours, fonts, logo and tone) and write your prompts.
- When you do the voice interview: what you say to our AI interviewer through your microphone. We receive a written transcript and summary of the conversation. Your voice is not recorded.
- Your business profile: what you confirm or change after the interview, including the tools you use and the AI platform you prefer.
- Your knowledge pack and prompts: the files and prompts we build from all of the above, which we store so you can preview and download them.
- When you buy: your name, email and billing address, and a record of what you bought and when. Card details are handled directly by Stripe; we never see or store them.
- When you contact us or register interest in another service: what you tell us.
- When you use the site: limited technical information needed to serve and secure the pages, and information about how the site is used (see Cookies and analytics).
- If you booked an in-person workshop: the details needed to administer your booking and run the event.
If you mention other people in your interview, such as staff or clients, please share only what is needed to describe how your business works.
How we use it, and our legal basis
We use your information for the following purposes:
- To create and run your account, including sending your sign-in codes. Basis: performance of our contract with you.
- To research your company, run your interview, build your business profile, prompts and knowledge pack, and make them available to you. Basis: performance of our contract with you (our Terms cover the free interview as well as what you buy).

How we use AI
We use AI to run your interview and to write your business profile, prompts and knowledge pack. Please check what it writes, and correct anything that is wrong in your profile before you confirm it.
We do not use your information to make decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects.
The AI services we use work under business terms that do not allow them to use your content to train their models.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted suppliers who process data on our behalf, under contract and only on our instructions:
- ElevenLabs, for running the AI voice interview and transcribing it. Inside ElevenLabs, the interviewer runs on Anthropic's Claude, and Google's Gemini writes the call summary.
- Anthropic, for analysing your website and interview and writing your business profile, prompts and knowledge pack.
- Firecrawl, for reading the publicly available pages of your company website during research. It only collects information that is already public.
- Supabase, for securely storing your account, your interview transcript, your business profile and your knowledge pack, in London.
- Stripe, and where you choose it Klarna, for taking payment.
- Resend, for sending and managing email.
- Vercel, for hosting this website and for cookieless visitor statistics.
- Google, for Google Analytics (see Cookies and analytics).
- Our own internal business systems, for administration.
If you use your knowledge pack with Claude or ChatGPT, you share it with Anthropic or OpenAI yourself, through your own account and under their terms. That use is outside this policy.
Marketing
If you have opted in, we may email you about our products and news. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time by emailing hello@aibkp.com. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as we need it:
- Your account, interview transcript, business profile and knowledge pack: while your account is open, so you can download your knowledge pack again. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete them.
- Workshop bookings: while you are attending an intake and for a reasonable time afterwards.
- Accounting records: for as long as the law requires (usually six years).
- Marketing: until you unsubscribe.
ElevenLabs also keeps its own copy of your interview transcript and summary for 30 days, then deletes it.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to give you a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or provide it in a portable form. That includes asking us to delete your interview and knowledge pack at any time; we do it within 7 days. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To exercise any of these, email hello@aibkp.com.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies that are needed to make the site work and keep it secure, such as the ones that keep you signed in to your portal.
To understand which pages are popular we use Vercel's analytics, which is cookieless and does not track you across other sites. We also use Google Analytics, which sets cookies to count visits and see how people use the site, but only if you agree. Until you answer, and if you say no, it doesn't load. You can change your mind at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. Google processes this information for us, and it may be transferred outside the UK.
Whatever you choose, we count sign-ups, payments and downloads without cookies, using nothing that identifies you, so we know the service is working.
We do not use advertising cookies. If you go through to payment, Stripe and Klarna set their own cookies on their own pages, covered by their privacy notices.
Keeping it secure, and transfers outside the UK
We take appropriate measures to protect your information and work only with suppliers who do the same. Your account, transcript, profile and knowledge pack are stored in the UK.
Some suppliers process data in the United States. ElevenLabs, Stripe, Google, Resend and Vercel are certified under the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Anthropic works under data processing terms that include the UK International Data Transfer Addendum. Firecrawl, also in the United States, receives only your company's website address and reads its public pages.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and adults, not for children, and we do not knowingly collect data about under-18s.
Changes and how to contact us
We may update this policy from time to time, and the current version always lives on this page. Questions or concerns? Email hello@aibkp.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk, though we would appreciate the chance to help first.
