Terms & Conditions
Last updated 27 October 2026
1. Who we are
AI Business Knowledge Pack ("AIBKP", formerly AI Agent Workshops) is operated by Consortia Personnel Ltd, trading as Sofee ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales (company number [company number]), with its registered office at [registered office address]. Our VAT number is [VAT number]. You can reach us at hello@aibkp.com.
2. These terms
These terms apply when you use your portal, including the free interview, and when you buy the AI Business Knowledge Pack. By completing a purchase you confirm that you accept these terms and our Refund and Cancellation Policy, so please read them before you buy.
Some parts of these terms depend on whether you are buying as a consumer (an individual buying wholly or mainly for purposes outside your trade, business or profession) or as a business. Most of our customers buy for their business. Where the difference matters, we say so.
If you are buying on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.
We no longer sell in-person workshop tickets or memberships. If you bought one, sections 17 to 25 cover it as well.
The AI Business Knowledge Pack
This is what we sell now. Sections 3 to 12 explain what you get and how it works.
3. What you are buying
The AI Business Knowledge Pack is a one-off digital product. For a single payment of £200 including VAT you get:
- Your knowledge pack: a download of files, built from your interview, that give Claude the background on your business, such as what you do, who you work with, how you sound and where you are going. The download also includes a version for ChatGPT.
- Your agent team: seven advisors, one each for strategy, marketing, sales, operations, customer support, finance and learning, each briefed on your business. Their files come as part of your knowledge pack download.
- Support guides that show you how to set it all up and put it to work.
The files come as a zip folder of mostly plain text documents, with no copy protection.
There is no subscription and nothing renews. The price does not include live calls, training sessions, one-to-one setup or ongoing advice.
4. The free interview and your preview
The 15-minute voice interview about how your business runs is free. After it, you check what we heard and we build your knowledge pack from it. We normally show you a preview of your files before you pay, so you can see what you are getting. One interview is included per business.
Your knowledge pack is only as good as what you tell us, so please check the summary carefully before you confirm it.
5. What you need, and what we do not supply
To use what you buy, you need:
- a computer (Mac or Windows) with an internet connection. A phone or tablet on its own is not enough;
- a paid Claude plan from Anthropic. If you would rather use ChatGPT, the download includes a ChatGPT version, which you use with your own ChatGPT account from OpenAI.
We do not supply, sell or pay for the computer, the internet connection or any Claude or ChatGPT plan, and they are not included in the price. Please check you have them, or are happy to pay for them, before you buy.
Claude and ChatGPT are run by Anthropic and OpenAI under their own terms. We are independent and not affiliated with either company. Their features, prices and availability are up to them and can change. We will keep our guides up to date where we reasonably can, but we cannot guarantee that a change they make will not affect how your files work with their products.
6. Price and payment
The price is £200 including VAT, paid once. The total, including any discount code you use, is shown before you pay.
Payment is taken securely through Stripe. Where available, you may be able to pay later or in instalments through Klarna, subject to Klarna's own approval and terms. We never see or store your full card details.
Our contract with you starts when your payment goes through. You will see a confirmation page and receive a receipt by email. If we cannot accept your order, we will refund you in full.
7. Getting access
Everything you buy is in your portal as soon as your payment goes through. If your knowledge pack is still being built, it appears there once it is ready.
Once you have downloaded your knowledge pack, the files are on your computer and yours to keep. We will keep your download and the guides available in your portal for as long as we run the service. If we ever plan to close it, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email so you can download anything you still need. We recommend you keep a backup copy of your download.
We may update or improve the guides and files to keep them current, but we will not take away the main things you paid for.
Support is by email. If you have trouble downloading or opening anything you have paid for, email hello@aibkp.com and we will help.
8. Your right to cancel within 14 days
If you are buying as a consumer, UK law gives you the right to cancel within 14 days of the day you buy, without giving a reason. We give business buyers the same right on the same terms.
Because what you buy is digital content, this right ends once you start downloading your knowledge pack or start using the paid support guides, as long as you have first told us that you want access straight away and that you understand you will lose the right to cancel once you start. We ask you to confirm both at checkout, and we confirm them in writing after you buy.
If you cancel in time, before you have started, we refund the full price. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how to cancel and includes a form you can use if you wish.
9. If something is not right
If you are a consumer, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 says digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If anything we supply is not, tell us and we will repair or replace it. If we cannot do that within a reasonable time, or without significant inconvenience to you, you may be entitled to a refund of some or all of the price. If faulty digital content from us damages your device or other digital content because we did not use reasonable care and skill, we will repair the damage or compensate you.
Whether you are a consumer or a business, if something we supply does not do what we describe, tell us and we will put it right.
Not having the computer or paid plan described in section 5 does not make what we supply faulty.
10. AI-written content and your own judgement
Your knowledge pack and your agent team are written by AI from what you told us in your interview, what you confirmed afterwards and information from your website. AI can make mistakes. Please read your files, correct anything that is wrong and check important outputs before you rely on them.
Your advisors are tools to help you think and work faster. They are not a substitute for professional advice, for example on legal, tax, financial, employment or regulatory matters, and you remain responsible for the decisions you make and the actions you take. We give no guarantee of any particular financial or commercial result from using them.
11. Your business data
To build your knowledge pack we use AI services to run and analyse your interview, and we store your knowledge pack so you can download it. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and who processes it for us.
Once you download your knowledge pack, the copy on your computer is under your control. You are responsible for keeping it secure, for who you share it with, for what you connect it to (such as your email, files or accounting software) and for meeting your own data protection obligations.
12. What you can do with the files and guides
The information about your business in your files is yours.
The structure, templates, advisor instructions and guides are ours or our licensors'. We give you a licence to use, copy and adapt your files, and to use the guides, for your own business, including sharing them with people who work in your business. You may not resell, publish or redistribute them, share the guides outside your business, or use them to build a competing product or training, without our written permission.
13. Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law, and nothing in them affects your legal rights as a consumer.
Subject to that, our total liability to you in connection with anything you buy from us is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any loss of profit, revenue or business.
We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages at the third-party services we rely on.
14. Your privacy
We handle the personal details you give us, such as your name, your email and your interview, in line with our Privacy Policy. We use them to run your account, build and deliver what you buy, administer any booking, and, where you have asked us to, keep you updated.
15. General
We may update these terms from time to time; the version that applies to your purchase is the one published when you bought. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
16. Contact
Questions about these terms, your purchase or your booking? Email us at hello@aibkp.com. If you are unhappy with anything, tell us and we will do our best to put it right.
Past purchases: products we no longer sell
We used to sell in-person workshop days at Mad Swans (including the bring-a-colleague seat and the Annual Pass) and a monthly membership. We no longer sell these. If you bought one, sections 17 to 25, kept from the previous version of these terms, still apply to it, along with sections 1, 2 and 13 to 16.
If you bought the Online Group or the Remote Setup Session, the version of these terms published when you bought applies, and you keep what you paid for. Email us if you have any questions about your booking.
17. The workshops
Our workshops, sold under our former name AI Agent Workshops, are hands-on, in-person training days for owner-managed businesses. They take place at Mad Swans in the Mendips, Somerset, on the date shown when you book.
Places are strictly limited. We may make reasonable changes to the programme, trainers, timings or running order, and if a change is significant we will let you know.
18. Tickets, prices and payment
Ticket prices are shown on the website and are stated plus VAT unless we say otherwise. The total payable, including VAT, is shown at checkout.
Payment is taken securely through Stripe. Where available, you may be able to pay later or in instalments through Klarna, subject to Klarna's own approval and terms. We never see or store your full card details.
Your place is confirmed once payment is received and we have sent you a confirmation. If we cannot accept your order, for example because an event is full, we will refund you in full.
19. The bring-a-colleague seat
The second seat on a Day pass is sold at half the price of the first. Both seats must be for people from the same company and for the same session. One member portal and one included 1:1 follow-up are provided per company and are shared by the pair.
20. What you need to bring
To take part, you will need to bring a laptop and have the accounts we list in the preparation details we send before the day, which may include a paid ChatGPT plan. You also complete a short pre-event voice interview so we can prepare your materials.
If you arrive without the required setup we will help where we can, but we cannot guarantee you will complete every exercise, and that does not entitle you to a refund.
21. Refunds, cancellations and transfers
You can cancel, pass your seat to a colleague, or move to a later session in line with our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Because tickets are for an event on a specific date, the statutory 14-day cancellation right for online purchases does not apply, but our own policy gives you fair options.
22. If we change or cancel an event
We may need to reschedule a session, move it to a comparable venue, or substitute a trainer. If we do, your ticket remains valid for the new arrangements.
If we cancel a session outright and cannot offer you a suitable alternative date, we will refund the price you paid for that session.
We are not responsible for any travel, accommodation or other costs you incur in connection with an event, so please book those flexibly. We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
23. Your business data and what you build at the workshops
The workshops are built around your own business data, which you export and handle on your own device. We do not collect, store or process your business data as part of the day, and you remain responsible for it, including keeping it secure and meeting your own data protection obligations.
The agents and materials you build are yours to use in your business. We give no guarantee of any particular financial or commercial result from using them.
24. Workshop materials and recording
The course materials, templates and content we provide are licensed to you for use in your own business. You may not resell, publish or redistribute them, or use them to run competing training, without our written permission.
Please do not photograph or record other attendees or the room without their consent.
25. The monthly subscription
If you take the optional membership, it is billed monthly in advance through Stripe at the price shown, plus VAT, and renews automatically until cancelled. It is one subscription per company. You can cancel at any time and it will stop at the end of your current paid month. We do not give part-month refunds.
