Your data, in plain English

The short version

• Your voice isn’t recorded. We get a written transcript of the call and a short summary.
• We use your interview to build your business profile, your prompts, your top automations and your knowledge pack. Nothing else.
• The AI services we use are not allowed to train their models on what you tell us.
• We never sell your data.
• Want it gone? Email hello@aibkp.com and we’ll delete it.

What we keep from your interview

• Your voice. ElevenLabs runs the call. It hears you live and turns what you say into text. Your voice isn’t recorded.
• The transcript. A written record of the conversation, both sides. We store it with your account.
• A short summary. Key points that ElevenLabs’ AI picks out of the call, stored with the transcript.
• Your business profile. Claude writes it from your transcript. You check it, correct it and confirm it before anything else is built from it.
• Your knowledge pack. The files built from your confirmed profile, including your top three automations. We store them so you can download them again.

Before the interview, we also read the public pages of your company website and look up your company name on Companies House. That way the interviewer knows a little about you before you start.

Who handles it

A few suppliers do parts of the work for us, under contract and only on our instructions.

• ElevenLabs runs the voice interview and writes the transcript. Inside ElevenLabs, the interviewer runs on Anthropic’s Claude, and Google’s Gemini writes the call summary.
• Anthropic, the company behind Claude, reads your transcript and profile and writes your business profile, top automations, prompts and knowledge pack.
• Firecrawl reads the public pages of your company website before the interview.
• Supabase stores your account, transcript, profile and knowledge pack.
• Stripe takes your payment (or Klarna, if you choose it). Your card details go straight to them. We never see them.
• Resend sends our emails to you, such as your sign-in codes.
• Google Analytics counts visits and shows us how people use the site. It sets cookies, so it only runs if you accept them. It doesn’t receive your interview, transcript or profile.
• Vercel hosts this website.

When you use your knowledge pack in Claude or ChatGPT, you share it with Anthropic or OpenAI yourself, through your own account and under their terms.

Where it’s kept

• Your account, transcript, profile and knowledge pack are stored by Supabase in London, in the UK.
• Some of our suppliers are in the United States. Here’s what protects your data with each:
  • ElevenLabs, Stripe, Google, Resend and Vercel are certified under the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, the UK’s approved route for sending data to US companies.
  • Anthropic works under data processing terms that include the UK’s International Data Transfer Addendum.
  • Firecrawl only receives your company’s website address and reads its public pages. It gets nothing from your interview.
• Once you download your knowledge pack, that copy lives on your own computer. We can’t see it, and we can’t delete it for you.

How long we keep it

• Your account, transcript, profile and knowledge pack: while your account is open, so you can download your knowledge pack again. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete them.
• ElevenLabs keeps its own copy of the transcript and summary for 30 days, then deletes it.
• Payment records: as long as the law requires, usually six years.

How to get it deleted

Email hello@aibkp.com from the address you signed up with, and tell us you’d like your data deleted.

• We delete your account, your interview transcript, your business profile, your prompts and your knowledge pack, and the record of your call that ElevenLabs holds.
• We keep payment records, because the law says we must.
• We do it within 7 days of your request, and email you when it’s done.

You can also ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct it. Use the same email address.
