Refund & Cancellation Policy

The AI Business Knowledge Pack

This part covers the £200 online product: your knowledge pack, your agent team and the support guides.

Your 14-day right to cancel

If you are buying as a consumer, UK law gives you 14 days from the day you buy to cancel, without giving a reason. We give business buyers the same right on the same terms.

Because what you buy is digital content, that right ends once you start downloading your knowledge pack or start using the paid support guides. At checkout we ask you to confirm that you want access straight away and that you understand you lose the right to cancel once you start, and we confirm this in writing after you buy. In practice:

• Within 14 days of buying, and you have not started downloading or using anything: you can cancel for a full refund.
• You have started downloading your knowledge pack, or using the guides: you can no longer cancel because you have changed your mind.
• More than 14 days have passed since you bought: the right to cancel has ended.

If something is not right

Your legal rights do not end when you start downloading. If your knowledge pack, your agent team files or the guides are faulty, do not work as we describe, or are not what we said you would get, tell us. We will fix or replace them, and if we cannot do that within a reasonable time, we will refund some or all of what you paid.

If we cannot build your knowledge pack or give you access to what you paid for because of a problem on our side, we will refund you in full.

Once you have started downloading, not having the computer or paid Claude plan you need (see our Terms) is not, on its own, a reason for a refund.

How to cancel

Email hello@aibkp.com before the 14 days are up, from the email address you paid with if you can, and tell us you want to cancel. You can use the form below, but you do not have to. You are in time as long as you send your message before the 14 days end.

When you cancel, your access to the download and the guides ends.

Past purchases: tickets and memberships we no longer sell

We no longer sell in-person workshop tickets (including the bring-a-colleague seat and the Annual Pass) or the monthly membership. If you bought one, the rules below, kept from the previous version of this policy, still apply to it. If you bought the Online Group or the Remote Setup Session, email us and we will tell you what applies to your booking.

Cancelling your ticket

Because your ticket is for an event on a specific date, the usual 14-day cooling-off right for online purchases does not apply. Instead, our own policy gives you these options:

• More than 30 days before your session: a full refund.
• 15 to 30 days before: a 50% refund, or transfer the full value to a later session.
• 14 days or fewer before: no refund, but you can still pass your seat to a colleague or move to a later session, subject to space.

Giving your seat to a colleague

You can transfer your seat to someone else from your business at any time up to 48 hours before the session, free of charge. Just email us their name and email so we can prepare their materials.

Moving to a later session

If you give us at least 14 days' notice, we will do our best to move you to a later session in the intake, subject to availability. Moves are limited to one per ticket.

The Annual Pass

The Annual Pass covers all three sessions in your intake. If you cancel the whole pass more than 30 days before the first session, you get a full refund. Once you have attended a session, that session's value is non-refundable, and the rest is refundable on the same timescales as above.

If we cancel or reschedule

If we cancel a session and cannot offer you a suitable alternative date, we will refund what you paid for it in full. If we reschedule, your ticket carries over to the new date. Either way, we cannot cover any travel or accommodation you have booked, so please keep those arrangements flexible.

No-shows

If you do not attend, and have not cancelled or transferred in line with this policy, the ticket is non-refundable.

The monthly subscription

The optional membership renews monthly. You can cancel at any time and it stops at the end of your current paid month. We do not refund part-months.

For everything

These last two sections apply to every purchase.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe. If you cancel within your 14 days, we refund you within 14 days of you telling us. Once we have sent it, a refund usually reaches your account within 5 to 10 working days. If you paid with Klarna, your refund is processed back through Klarna, and until it is, you remain responsible to Klarna under their terms.
