Will it write our tenders?
It drafts them from your past bids, case studies and service descriptions. You decide what to say about price and approach, and you check every answer before it goes in.
We're health and safety consultants. Can we rely on it for compliance?
No, and you shouldn't. It drafts reports, letters and materials from your notes. You check the content and stay responsible for the advice.
Can we use AI to write public sector tenders?
Yes. The government's guidance to public buyers, PPN 017 under the Procurement Act 2023, says suppliers' use of AI in bids is not prohibited. Buyers can ask you to disclose it and to confirm you checked what it wrote, so answer honestly when a tender asks. Your agent team drafts from your own past bids, and you check every claim before it goes in. Read PPN 017.
Is client data safe?
Your knowledge pack is a folder on your own computer, and you choose which files the AI reads. When it reads one, the text goes to Anthropic or OpenAI to be processed, which is why it needs a paid Claude or ChatGPT plan, and the setup guide shows you how to switch off model training. Where your interview data goes.
Our work is specialised. Will it understand it?
That's what the interview is for. It asks how your consultancy works, who you serve and how you sound, so your advisors start from your specialism, not a generic script.
