Can it price jobs for me?

It drafts quotes from your rate card, your notes and your photos. You set the price. It saves you writing it all up.

Can I use AI to write risk assessments and method statements?

It can draft them from your notes and past examples. Under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 the duty to plan the work safely is still yours, so check every draft against the actual site and the people doing the job. Read the CDM Regulations 2015.

I'm not great with computers. Will I manage?

Yes. If you can send an email, you'll be fine. You need a computer (Mac or Windows) and a paid Claude plan, and the setup guide in your download walks you through it step by step.

Is my customers' data safe?

Your knowledge pack is a folder on your own computer, and you choose which files the AI reads. When it reads one, the text goes to Anthropic or OpenAI to be processed, which is why it needs a paid Claude or ChatGPT plan, and the setup guide shows you how to switch off model training.
