FAQ

Questions, answered.

Checked 26 October 2026

Can it handle service charge questions?

It drafts replies from your own budgets, policies and past answers. You check the figures, and anything legal, before it goes out.

Does it connect to our block management software?

It works from files and exports you give it, like a list of flats or a contractor schedule, rather than plugging into your software. If it exports to a spreadsheet, your agent team can read it.

Are there rules on block managers using AI?

If your firm is regulated by RICS, its standard on the responsible use of AI has applied to your regulated work since 9 March 2026: a written policy, a risk register, and telling clients in writing before AI has a material impact on the service. If not, there is no rule written just for AI, but UK GDPR covers every leaseholder's details. Either way, you check every figure and letter before it goes out. Read the RICS standard.

Is leaseholder data safe?

Your knowledge pack is a folder on your own computer, and you choose which files the AI reads. When it reads one, the text goes to Anthropic or OpenAI to be processed, which is why it needs a paid Claude or ChatGPT plan, and the setup guide shows you how to switch off model training. Leaseholders' details are personal data under UK GDPR, so give it only what the letter or reply needs. Where your interview data goes.

We're a small firm. Is this for us?

Yes. It's built for owner-led firms where the person in charge still does the work. The interview is free, and you meet your agent team, each advisor with a prompt to try, before you pay anything.
