Will it write my survey reports for me?
It drafts them. Your agent team works from your notes and your own report templates, in your wording. You stay the surveyor: you check every report, add your professional judgement and sign it off.
Will it know how my reports are laid out?
It learns from your own examples. Point it at a few past reports and it follows their structure, headings and tone. Nothing goes out without your review.
Can surveyors use AI under the RICS standard?
Yes. RICS's professional standard on the responsible use of AI in surveying practice has applied since 9 March 2026. Where AI has a material impact on a service, your firm needs a written policy, a register of the AI it uses, a risk register reviewed every quarter, and to tell clients in writing before you use it. Confidential client data needs their written consent before it goes into an AI system. You stay accountable for every report. Your agent team can draft the policy, the registers and the wording for your terms of engagement. Checking them, and meeting the standard, stays with your firm. Read the RICS standard.
Is client and property data safe?
Your knowledge pack is a folder on your own computer, and you choose which files the AI reads. When it reads one, the text goes to Anthropic or OpenAI to be processed, which is why it needs a paid Claude or ChatGPT plan, and the setup guide shows you how to switch off model training. Under the RICS standard, get your client's written consent before their confidential details go into an AI system, or leave those details out. Where your interview data goes.
We're a small practice. Is this for us?
Yes. It's built for owner-led firms where the person in charge still does the work. The interview is free, and you meet your agent team, each advisor with a prompt to try, before you pay anything.
